Dear All, I fully agree that garbage plants should be small scale in Goa and each village takes responsibility for managing it. Unfortunately both Panchayats and the Government seem to abdicate their basic duties preferring to contract a large plant out to private parties to make it more economically feasible. It is a sad situation but we are doing our best to find a solution.
