Dear Members, This is just to remind you that our Annual General Body Meeting will be held on Sunday the 25th May at the Institute at 11am to consider the Annual Report of the Year 2013 - 14 and the accounts. We will have to elect a new Managing - Committee to run our Institute for the year 2014 - 15. We need volunteers to come forward and give their time and expertise to revitalize the institute. We have very few life members and hardly any funds. We have to enroll new life members from amongst the youth and collect donations from those who are willing to share some of their surplus money for the benefit of the community. Members may propose the names of committee members for the posts of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Entertainment Member, Sports Member and property member. Two members will be nominated by the President later on. Only those who are willing to spend some time for the benefit of the Institute should come forward. Week ends - Saturdays and Sundays - are special days on which most of our functions are held and committee members should be present to give a helping hand. Specimen Nomination Form wi;; be put up on the I nstiute Notice Board on 10 May.
