This is just to remind you that our Annual General Body Meeting will be held on Sunday the 25th May at the Institute at 11am to consider the Annual Report of the Year 2013 - 14 and the accounts. We will have to elect a new Managing - Committee to run our Institute for the year 2014 - 15. We need volunteers to come forward and give their time and expertise to revitalize the institute.. Members may propose the names of committee members or may apply for the posts of President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Entertainment Member, Sports Member and Library secretary and Public Relations.. Two members will be nominated by the President later on. Applications may be in the form of a letter Only those who are willing to spend some time for the benefit of the Institute should come forward. Please hand over your applications by the 15th May Only Members may apply for the post .
