The silence has been deafening! I wanted to express my deepest congratulations to Mr Modiji on an outstanding electoral victory. I do hope Saligao, Goa and India benefit from his declared principles of maximum governance, minimum government. And, Modiji, I agree wholeheartedly that we need more toilets and fewer places of worship in India. We the people of saligao wish you all the best. May you think logically and act rationally at all times, giving all the lunatics of India with their stupid, irrational, divisive beliefs a wide berth.
