It's disturbing to hear all this Ashley.The black garbage bag is used by only a few who don't mind paying for proper garbage bags. And the garbage is collected every week by the Panchayat.So there's no need for anyone to throw anything in other people's compound. I hope justice will prevail and this nonsense stops. Yvonne
