Sorry to note this. Remembering the mid 70's when Victor used to be the courier service ( via bicycle) for Fr. N. Pereira ( St. Xavier's College, Mapuca). Even though he had to ride all the way to Arrarim, he was always smiling and so polite when he brought me those messages. RIP Victor. Pls convey my condolences to his family.
