It is a proud moment for us to celebrate the International Yoga Day on
21^st June 2015. >From the forum of UN General Council, the Prime
Minister of India made an appeal to the world to accept Yoga for Health
– Preventive and Therapeutic and the whole world reciprocated with
overwhelming Joy and Happiness. This is what Yoga offers Mankind, an
absolute form of exercise for mind-body balance without money spending.
ANHC’s Patanjali Yoga Kendra, is contributing to the Social Cause of –
Awareness in Investing for Positive Health by Offering FREE OF COST YOGA
SESSION on 21^st June 2015 – Sunday. We understand that it will be the
beginning when many of you will take a solemn pledge, a resolution to
practice Yoga. ANHC – pioneer in Health Care Sector In Goa will help you
in your pledge and resolution.
18^th June 2015, This Health Institute completes 15 Year of its
inception and on eve of the same, we announce 1 month Free Yoga Session.
Avail 1 month of FREE YOGA SESSION beginning from 21^st June until 22^nd
July 2015, at the below mentioned address.
Timings: 7.30 am to 9.00 am/ 12.00 noon to 1.30 pm/ 4.00 pm to 5.30 pm
Day: All days of the week including Sunday.
Yoga Mats: Made available on Request.
Simply call on the below mentioned no and register yourself and drop in
for any of the yoga session or all 3 yoga session in a day.
Participants: from the age group of 5 years to 75 years.
