The Get-together is being held separately from the AGM this year as it was done in the initial years, 2006 and 2007, to allow for more time for bonding with the families. The THANKSGIVING MASS will be an anticipated Sunday mass and will be held in the school chapel. It will begin at 6.00 P.M. sharp, so please be on time if attending the same. The Get-together will be held in the newly renovated school hall after the mass. Those not attending the mass, can join at 7.15 P.M. directly in the hall. Please inform your family members [spouse and children] about it and come with them. There will be games, music [dancing if you feet are tapping to the beat], fellowship and dinner. The details will be announced shortly. The Annual General Body Meeting [AGM] and biennial elections to the Managing Committee for the term 2015-17 will be held on Saturday 25 July, 2015. The nomination forms, already circulated on Britto's OBA Face Book page and Brittos Net groups by the Secretary, should be printed, completed and submitted to me by 10 July, 2015 for scrutiny. Hard copies may be picked from the President at Cabral Communications, opposite the Court and Urban Health Centre, Feira Alta, Mapusa. They mnay be returned there with intimation to me by SMS or email. The list of eligible candidates from among the nominated will be announced by 17 July, 2015 and withdrawals permitted up to 23 July, 2015. The incumbent President, Joint Secretary and Treasurer have completed two consecutive terms in office and will not be eligible for re-election. Younger Life/Patron members may please volunteer to serve in the Managing Committee and to organize the Xmas Dance 2015.
