Alex Fernandes, a top notch portrait photographer who earlier worked in the Gulf, did this amazing series of portraits from Saligao, called Festacars. He photographs the commonfolk and the elite, the young and the old, men and women... and puts together a very tasteful image of feast-celebrating Saligaokars.
