Dear Gaunkars,
1. Your Comunidade will hold its next GBM on 19 April 2016. The agenda
is given. Please prepare yourself to take part and speak when allowed
by the President. Sometime ago we had a gaunkar telling the President
to sit down and shut up, which is most unfortunate. This will not be
allowed again under any circumstances, even though some think they are
wiser than others.
2. The Managing Committee had requested help from members to mark the
plots, erect corner stones, etc. However those who gave their names
did not come forwards as they had volunteered and that is the main
reason that there has been no progress. We will have to make some
sacrifices to achieve our aim. We hope to finish this aspect with your
help and assistance.
3. Encroachments are taking place in our lands but these are not being
brought to the notice of the Attorney to ensure further action and
removal.
4.Those appointed as understudy for committee members are requested to
attend the office every Wednesday to do the work, especially if the
concerned member has fallen sick.
5. Court cases pertaining to the comunidade have to be attended.
Members who are appointed to attend the same must do so w/o fail and
intimate the progress to the committee at the earliest to plan further
action.
6. Those not attenidng our GBM regularly may excuse themselves from
raising points, making suggestions, etc during the GBM.
7. Members are requested to send their points in writing that they
intend to raise, at least three days before the meeting, to the
President/attorney.
