Seems there is a lot of confusion about this whole episode.
firstly Juhi - the picture of the garbage you posted on this forum was
there for several days BEFORE the film crew even came in. It is
ceremoniously dumped by 2 prominent residents of the area, and set fire
by one of them. we see this every evening when we go for our walks.
secondly - everyones asking who gave permission to film. - well the ESG
gives this permission -AFAIK - its a single window clearance. the local
panchayat has nothing to gain by it.
finally - Besides blocking the road - the film crew was actually very
courteous and made friends with people around, cleaned up their trash (I
saw a dedicated person for this). putting the blame on them for
something local residents do is very unfair.

and blocked roads. They should atleast be made responsible for
removing their own garbage. Would the authorities responsible for
