Son of late Manuel Salvador Noronha of Porvorim and late Maria Conceicao Saldanha Noronha (Saligao/PhoeniciaNY). Husband of late Felicia Coutinho de Noronha. Father/father-in-law of Americo (Ricky)/Clare and Frederick (Rico)/Pamela. Grandfather of Riza (NIFT Kannur student) and Aren (St Britto Mapusa student). Nephew of late Clementina Saldanha, Sebastiao Caetano Saldanha and cousin of Ezilda Saldanha. Ex-Jamshedpur (1950s), Kaiser Engineers (1960s), Cosipa in Cubatao (Brazil), Ciba's (1970s), West Coast Services. Emcee for weddings, livewire and party organiser. Trained children in football while in his early 80s. Died after bravely battling multiple systems atrophy (MSA) and was tended to by nurse Effie Viana and Shobha in his last months. He loved life. Funeral at 3 pm sharp on Saturday August 20, 2016, leaving his residence near Lourdes Convent at 2.30 pm for Saligao Mae de Deus Church.
