July, 10, Saligao News; -Government to lay underground power cables at Saligao. The Bardez coastal belt, including Calangute and Saligao, would be given priority in the laying of underground power cables in view of the frequent power disruptions here due to the constant falling of tree-branches causing overhead power lines to snap.
