July 27-Saligao News-   The following members of the Parish Pastoral Council-Saligao submitted their resignation , Mr. Peter Mascarenhas and Ms. Livonia D’Souza( Youth) representing Tabra-vaddo and  also Ms. Liza Machado( Youth) from Grande Morodd. They were replaced by Mr. Joaquim Vaz and Ms Seema Fernandes, both from Tabravaddo while Yvonne Travasso ( Youth) will represent Grand-Morodd. .Ayesha D’Costa  will represent the youth of  Don-vaddo in PCC. However the PPC  thanked those members who left and welcomed the new ones..( Courtesy- Maiecho Ulo.). - The Rev Parish Priest of Vasco da Gama, Fr. Remedios Brito Furtado who was ordained during the Saligao church Centenary celebrations is out of the hospital, as reported on 25th July. Readers of the  Saligao news were requested prayers for his quick recovery. He thanks all those who prayed for him Fr. Nascimento Mascarenhas
