Looking forward to seeing the full story! My wife just finished reading Tivolem which she picked up at the local library. Unfortunately, I didn't get to read it before it was due back (I intend checking it out again) but heard about all the characters, plots and settings. As Victor has mentioned on the list before, many of the locations sounded familiar from the years I spent growing up in Saligao.
We attended the Toronto Mae De Deus feast social yesterday and had a grand time. Great turnout, band and food.... what more could you ask for. Oh, yes... and blessings from above with a solemn Mass and vibrant choir complete with a 'rebecc'!!! The president, Derek Noronha will probably send a report for SaligaoNet. Hope all you collos and colles out there had fun too.
