My cousin from England gave me your email address in order to try to locate an old friend of mine Joe Lobo. He is originally from Saligao but lived most of his time in Dharwar and then in Bombay. I know he moved to England and worked there. Just as a reference he had a brother, Freddy Lobo who I think passed away. Is it possible for you to locate him?
