.....And, the most ridiculous thing about this is that in the past ,
whenever I have tried to call BSNL and ask is they can provide
broadband in Saligao , Pilerne - they say "Have you applied ?"
and I go - "but, have you started offering ??" and they tell me that
first we have to apply and then they will tell me if they offer
broadband - or not !!!!???? ( I thought that was quite a clever
method )
I have applied twice and never heard from them !!!! So I have
decided to wait until some private player starts offering broadband...
