Hello all..
it is with great sadness and a heavy heart that i have to inform one and
all of the death of my neighbor and dear friend from Abreovaddo, Saligao
Alfred D'souza.
Alfred exprired of a massive Heart Attack last night in margao, where he
had gone for a check up after complaining of tiredness and pain.
a young man.. all of approx 45 years ( i think) he leaves behind his ailing
mother Aunty Joan, his wife Lynette and his 3 Children Shawna (11), conroy
(10) and Anika (6)..
Funeral wil be held at 4:pm tomorrow in the church.
i had spoken to alfe as we affectionately called him just a few hours
before int he morning where he gave no sign of anything about to happen.
his new computer was ready with me and i was supposed to deliver and
install it for him yesterday on his return from margao.. his family joke
was that for 3 years he kept on postponing buying a computer saying prices
will fall. sadly he never got to see it.
he was a great sports person and a loving father.. we all remember him as a
person actively involved in the club and the consumer cell.. seeing him on
his daily jog around saligao. its hard to belive how this happened..
doctors ahve said it was due to stress. he was working for ONGC offshore in
mumbai as a radio operator.
