Dear Member,

We wish to convey to all members the composition of the New Managing
Committee which took over as of 1st June 2006.

5. Literary Secretary: Theresa D'Souza
6. Sports Secretary: Monica Lobo
As you know we are fast approaching the Anniversary of our Institute
and the Committee is organizing the usual Social Gathering to be held
on Sunday the 13th of August 2006.
This year we would appeal to each and every member to grace this
occasion and make it a fun evening!
To cover expenses we will collect a very nominal entrance contribution of
Rs: 20.00 for members and Rs: 30.00 for guests.
We start at 6.30p.m sharp with a varied and exciting programme of events.
We intend to cater for the evening and would appreciate confirmation
of your presence by returning the attached slip duly filled in not
later than 1st August.
