I was shocked & sad to hear the news of the demise of Mr. Victor Ribeiro Sa
of Donvaddo. He has followed his wife very quickly - just a year!
I have known Mr. Ribeiro & family for many years from the time I was a
youngster. He was an honest & kind man & was a good friend to us other than
being a neighbour. I shall miss visiting him & conversing on different
topics as he was very well informed. As an AAO in previous years, his fund
of knowledge with regard to Govt. Rules & Regulations was superior & I
benefited from that.
Luwell & Ashley join me in conveying my condolences to Mr.Ribeiro's entire
family. We pray that God gives his children, grandchildren & other family
members, the courage & strength to bear their loss & we pray for the
eternal repose of Mr. Ribeiro's soul. May his soul rest in peace.
I dont have the email ID of Gladstone & the others, but I hope they will
receive this message.
