No doubt about it, lot of talent in Saligao!, mostly hidden!
Mascarenhas also said that few in the village were actually aware of
the art talent of senior citizen Isabel "Isa" Vaz, and urged her to
extending the reading intiative for children into one for drawing too.
Yes I recall this when A.Isa first arrived in Donvaddo from Bombay...but she
was too busy with the kids & babies to have time to devote to art. I'm sure
the children would benefit from her knowledge & art talent.
