thanx for cheering me up, and oh yeah i meant my previous mail as a joke.
Of course! we all are dealing with jokes now, arent we? & I enjoyed your
joke, hope you liked the ones I sent you & they made you smile since you
seem to be cheered up now. I didnt realise I had cracked one of my own
without meaning to be mean - hmm! - sorry Ashley, didnt realise I had used
the word lightening until Kevin, oh so kindly, brought it to my notice.
when i say few, i mean they are saying i'm the second person whos reported
a failure...
2nd eh? Oh there was an unlucky 1st! Poor guy/gal! Thought there would be
13 at least!!!
and the roads in Saligao have become very dangerous now, not only have they
been narrowed due to the digging for the underground cables, but also the
roads have become slippery making it easy to skid very easily due to the
amount of red mud all mixed with water
Ouch! you do change tracks quickly! Cables & digging etc... Can imagine the
mess until the next elections ....5 monsoons to follow....how yukky besides
being dangerous.
on the rds. all "chikat" (konkani word??????)
yeh I guess! When we first arrived in Goa, Fiona & I used to all it
chuckchuck & wash our feet in dettol that is if we didnt wear the gumboots.
We were forced to get used to the chuck, no other option. I still call it
chuckchuck when the roads get flooded here & everything is a mess.
hope this dilip guy can make a diff.
He is supposed to - we will wait & watch! By the way he is my neighbour &
I've known him since he was a kid. Is he on this Net? If he is not, the
Saligaonet Fathers had better get him on just as Dotor was on. At least he
will get a bit of feedback alongwith the chuckchuck.
