Same here, changes to the mailer look good. I do not believe we ever sent
direct.

We love SA, easy and simple to use.

I may have missed these over time; so a couple questions for the group.

1. is it possible to manage (add/remove/mute/maintenance) items while it is
running in service mode?
2. is there a way to one-click acknowledge/mute and alert until it becomes
cleared and it will alert again? kind of back to #1 being able to 'manage'
while in service mode.
3. any development in the web applications, (ie dashboards with widget for
visual monitoring)? I know there were a couple how-to's, but curious if
anyone has developed anything beyond that.
4. best sms modem/service to use?

Thanks everyone, hope everyone is staying safe and healthy in these times!
