We have seen that several of our customers have issues when checking website (using HTTPS protocol) and that are using a certificate from Letsencrypt.org
The issue is related to the expiration of root certificate of letsencrpyt. You can solve this issue in Servers Alive v9 by replacing 2 DLLs (wodcertificate.dll and wodhttp.dll) that were installed by Servers Alive (often not the correct version that is installed by Servers Alive). 1. Download https://www.woodstone.nu/soft/beta/wod.zip 2. Extract the ZIP file and replace the existing DLLs with those in the zip file (on a 64 bit system the files are in c:\windows\syswow64) 3.
