We just found a bug in the new mail sender component used in Servers Alive v10.
If the priority of the mail is set to HIGH or HIGHEST, the mail will be send. With the other priorities (NORMAL, LOW and LOWEST) the mail is NOT send. Currently the work around is to set the priority to HIGH or HIGHEST. Once we have a fix for this I'll send a mail to the list about it (and update the download version).
