How long does a full cycle takes?

Ive specified the time as HH:MM,eg 06:00 but nothing comes in and nothing obvious in the debug level logging. I also tried an Executive Alert, but when I add one of those, the last two of the 3 options in the Executive When tab are greyed out, so I cannot select either the "more than" option or the "approximately at" option.
