Here is the complete Host-File and the complete LOG. There is also another time the prepared LOG File for easy-reading (in the last Mail t.txt). I made first checks with the problematic check in Maintenance to see that the DNS-check goes OK, and set then the problematic check active.
"from the DUN": from the DialUpNetwork. I check the Host 2 times. One time from the internet and another time from the dial up to our ISP in a private Network (10.192..). Both checks goes in our company the same Way through the Router and the ISA Server. The ISA Server has two rules, one from the Internet and one from the private network, which both allows SMTP-Traffic (a pre-defined Filter from MS) to the host. "became a socket error" ---------------- Error on socket : Connection is aborted due to timeout or other failure Error on socket : The connection is reset by remote side ---------------- After this time makes the DNSQ-Check to another host for the runtime of the program a "NOT OK" result.
