Because you have to code it yourself within the saved HTML file (or within the template).
SA has the option for the page served by the built-in webserver. I've setup a template file and am using IIS 5 as the web service. I have followed the instructions that came with the servers alive zip template file. And have set all my hosts to use this template. When I initially attach to the web site it displays the host etc. but my problem is I don't get automatic updates of the page. What could be wrong.
