[SA-list] Problem if anyone can help with please

I've got a slight problem if anyone can help with.  I'm using SA v3.2.1087 on a Windows XP Pro box (monitoring our company network).  I've got SAWeb 1.6.5 configured to monitor via a browser.  I've recently had a look at the log and noticed some errors in them (even though everything works perfectly).  Below is a clip from the log files:

12 July 2002 10:55:22 ERROR Init_HTTPServer ( 4310) 10048-Address in use
12 July 2002 10:55:32 Check cycle starts ( 479- 367)
12 July 2002 10:55:52 ERROR Init_HTTPServer ( 4310) 10048-Address in use
12 July 2002 10:56:23 ERROR Init_HTTPServer ( 4310) 10048-Address in use

My assumption was that port 4310 was being used on the Windows XP box so then I proceeded to change the SA port number to 4311.  Now this pops up in my logs:

Does anyone have any ideas on the specific errors or work around?
