Subject: [SA-list] Performance monitors

Hi,

I'm having a problem using Servers Alive 3.2 to check the CPU Windows 2000
Perfmon counter. It says that it checks out ok when I ask it to alarm if >
10 (for testing), although the CPU on that production server is averaging
60-70%... This being said, I cannot use this as a valid test to see if the
CPU is over a certain level.

Servers Alive is running as a service on Windows 2000 SP2.
The host I am testing is a 4-CPU Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...

Thanks,
