That would be good. I could suggest a work around for now. This assumes you
publish server status to the web. Just have a script that checks for the
sting "stop.gif" or whatever gif you use in your summary page for status
down. If you find it, send a page that a server is down. You cna set the
win2k scheduler to run it every hour indefinitely.

While reading the section in the manual about using a -N for
subsequent
alerts, I was wondering if you had thought about putting in a option
that would first page when the service went down, but then page say
every hour until it is back up or someone puts it in maintenance.

The problem we are having is that the team is getting the message, but
of course everyone thinks the other person is going to do it.  Then
they
tend to forget about it.  If it could send a reminder page ever x min
after being down instead of every cycle that would help the situation.
