Does this memory leak occur on the SA machine or the machine being checked?
I seem to be leaking a little on both but suspect that on the machine being checked may have another issue >From the docs: Note that the process check is known to have a small memory leak. Each check cycle will consume approximately 40 bytes of memory per check. This is a permanent problem and is not subject to remedy at this point.
