Although this addon is working well in a number of sites I have configured, one issue I have encountered is that if the monitoring server is busy it may not successfully run the script and return the result in a reasonable time. This causes an unscheduled "OK" page to be generated.
Increasing the timeout eases the problem but it would be better to incorporate this kind on function into SA. This is already partially present via the optional SMTP message when SA starts.
