You can use the People feature to set up multiple people. For example,
I use BrentPager and BrentMail, each with their own schedules.
(V4 will take care of this more elegantly.)

We have an email to sms service that we're trialling at the moment and

seems to work well.
What I'd like to do is have Servers Alive email different addresses at
different times of the day, ie: email my work account between 9am -
5.30pm
and my sms address out of hours.
How can I achieve this?
