Hello, I'm looking into using Servers Alive as an intelligent agent on each server in our enterprise. It works just fine. However I have a need to, from a central location, polling servers alive installations for status of checks and maybe even the value of the checked parameters. This I would like to do using SNMP GET:s from a NMS machine (HP OV NNM or alike) to show red/green status of a unit and maybe even graph trends based on check results. I.e. a need for a servers alive SNMP subagent for Microsoft SNMP service and a MIB.
As far as I can see this functionality is not included in Servers Alive. Is it anyone who knows if this kind of support is in the plans or if there are any third party utilities solving it. There are other tools solving this from BMC, Concord, HP, SNMP.COM etc. But they are quite expensive.
