Ahmed,

 

Set up a Disk space check in SA but instead of giving an admin share (C$) use the name of the shared folder you want to check. Assign the username and password in SA that has rights to the share.

 

You get to check a/ if the share is accessible and b/ your partitions available drive space (plus an option to set an drive space alert).

Is there a way I can check the availability of a shared resource on server? I normally do this manually by simply using the command "net view \\myserver".
