certainly.

1) I upgraded to build 1268, then later wondered why no alerts were being
sent out, then noticed that my alerts went back to the imported-version-3
configuration (1 hours of configuration and constant mouse clicking down the
drain, hehe).

2) I solved this problem by just adding a zero before the single digits 1-9,
so I guess this really isn't a bug  :-)
