When i try and kill the perl process I get an 'acces denied' error. It doesn;t happen every time SA Web is used, but is a concern.

I never encountered it before, but anything's possible. I was considering moving SAWeb into ASP, but I think maybe Brent Ozar was heading in that direction. I don't want to duplicate efforts.
