I'm just review the v4 code to be sure that it removes any spaces around the username/password before doing authentication;

Once again thanks for your patience. Just to let you know Jim Ferrell helped me sussed the problem with "Error 67".  I had a space in front of the domain\userID. The error disappeared as soon as I removed the space.
