doesn't default to the person tab, but the next one along.

Dirk,
Found the problem. When you add new people or teams they are not "active"
by
default. Because of this Servers alive had no-one to mail or MSN to.

Trying to set up an alert via MSN.
Entered the correct MSN user and password, but when SA tries to send an
alert, the following appears in the log and no message is sent.
"Message failed due to Timeout waiting for SBConn to get ready."
