If you want to do correct DNS checks then don't use the
DNS Status Check (UDP) (in 4.0) or DNSS (in 3.3)
but use the
Default DNS IPv4 query (DNS) (in 4.0) or DNSQ (in 3.3)
(also in 4.0 you can have many different DNS queries that all can be used to
do checks against DNS server - just define them via the CTRL-P screen).
