Mike, do all three of the directories have the same security settings? I think I
recall someone saying in a past post that the account under which SA is running,
should have full access to the directories in which you are counting files. Also does
the computer running SA have exiting mappings to these drives with different login
users than those SA is trying to login with. I've seen in the past where if the
computer has a mapping to a server using userA as the login person, and a program
tries to login to the same server using userB credentials it won't work.

Again, thanks to all for the help with the countfiles. I am having
another issue. The first countfile is setup and working and I've been
trying to add two more mail servers to be counted. As stated, the first
server is working, the other two won't. I tried to avoid bringing this
to the list by working on it for the last two days for many, many hours.
I can't find anything at all wrong with the second two countfile entries
and I'm hoping someone here can see something I may be missing. I've
spent so many hours on this single issue that I'm afraid I may not be
seeing the forest for the trees (so to speak). Below is the countfiles
log error and below that is my countfiles ini file.

<begin paste>

<from the countfile log)

(end of countfile log)

[apollo]
Path=\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\c$\vopmail\spool\holding\

<end paste>

What is making me nuts is that the chaos count works but neither apollo
or nike will and they should be exactly the same. I have re-typed them
over and over including the command line so I know that that just can't
be the problem but looking at the log its saying that there is a bad
filename and I don't think there is. If anyone can see something wrong
it would sure be appreciated.
