Try the combination of SNARE (www.intersectalliance.com - free), MySQL (www.mysql.com - free in the version that you'll probably want) and Kiwi Syslog (www.kiwisyslog.com - free and pay, but get the pay version, it's really worth it, because you'll want to use MySQL with it.)
I'm finding this an effective combination for monitoring my servers' log files. -----Original Message----- From: Williamson, Scott [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, March 13, 2003 12:01 To: '[EMAIL PROTECTED]' Subject: [SA-list] Servers Alive and Event Log Monitoring for Windows NT\2000\XP Hi, I am looking for a good Event Log Monitor for Windows NT and Up. I have Servers Alive Enterprise Version but I don't see that functionality in it. Can it monitor event logs in some way? Perhaps with a plug-in? If not does anyone have any suggestions or comments on which one is the best?
