I just bought this product, and am trying to get it to check Radius Protocol. I went in to my Radius server and added this servers IP and shared secret. And put it into the shared secret in to the "setup protocols" and put in a username and password for it to authenticate.
But it seems that that did not do it, and gives me a Current Status: DOWN (16ms-) What am I missing??? Thanks Steve Drenner MidwayNet / Midway Electronics Inc.
