A beta version that supports drag & drop of multiple items is available from
http://www.woodstone.nu/soft/beta/salive4.exe
Before using it, make sure to understand how drag & drop will work.
(and make sure to have a backup of the hostfile)

All selected items that are dropped on a group will be part of that group.
If they depend on another items you WILL loose that dependency.
Dropping B1 on group_2 will "move" the whole tree of B1 (B1A-B1B-B1B1) to
group_2 and result in
group_2
...
B1
B1A
B1B
B1BA
However selecting B1-B1A-B1B-B1B1 and dropping it on group_2 will give:
group_2
...
B1
B1A
B1B
B1BA
(similar situation when dropping on an entry)
