Ok, seems like I got it working finally.
I had to change both to the IP address, apply, ok, exit Servers Alive.
Go back into Servers Alive, and the test messages worked without a problem.
Changed the IP addresses back to the DNS names, Apply, Ok, exited Servers 
Alive.
Went back into Servers Alive, and the test messages then worked without a 
problem with the DNS names.

I have it set by DNS name.  But, did try it with the IP address - got the
same results.
