Do you mean this line - <a href="<sa_group_name>.php">All Group
Entries</a>?

I missed changing that to a .html extension.  It's a a simple URL
reference and  can be whatever you want it to be, I use PHP to color
code and do other evaluations.  If you pages are plain html then use
that page name there.
