Yes, I've got several people using it in the UK.  The particular web
templates we're talking about are the SangfroidJr web templates here:

To make it work with the UK date format, you can either go into the
registry and change the date format SA uses in the database, or you
can change the "CAST" command on those pages to use a "CONVERT"
command.  Peter Martin sent me the following as an example:
