Hi, our printers are returning SNMP values depending on their status. However this is not a string but a single byte value. If the printer is OK it will return 0x0. Depending on the error situation it will return 0x2 for missing paper, 0x8 for missing toner, etc. SA does show the corresponding characters in the response column but I am not able to define an alert condition since they only work with string values.
