I have looked through the archive for this issue but can't see it. I have 2 instances of Servers Alive: I use 1 to test things out before being put onto my 'Live' installation.
I have just gone though my current host file and made significant changes setting up numerous groups and sorting my checks into these groups, previously I didn't have them sorted. The groups look fine on my test installation however, when I move this host file to my 'Live' installation it fails to recognise the grouping that I set up. Both installations are on the same version, 4.0.1500 Any idea what I have done wrong? If I open the hostfile in an editor I can see what appear to be group fields e.g. #GRP=G00000020 Are there some registry entries I need to move to the 'Live' installation?
